PHASE 1 · FOUNDATION LEVEL 1

Level 1 — Basic Certification

Build a foundation in safe practitioner body mechanics, basic Sen-line work, assisted movement and a structured beginner sequence.

Level 2 — Intermediate Flow

Core Competency:

Develop side-lying and seated positions, body observation, adapted sequencing and supervised practical work.

Level 3 — Advanced Clinical

Core Competency:

Advanced Sen-line and point-specific practice, Tok Sen and supervised integration of the Level 1–2 foundation.

What happens after you enquire?

2. We check course fit and availability with you.
3. We send a written offer with exact dates, duration, tuition, inclusions/exclusions and booking terms.
4. Your place is confirmed only after you accept the terms and complete the agreed booking payment.
5. After confirmation, we share the course schedule, preparation notes and location/travel information.

Training, certificate and scope

Course content and entry requirements depend on the level you choose. Ask for the current syllabus and practical requirements before paying.

Nirvana School issues its own certificate of completion according to the course requirements shared with you. It is not presented as a government-issued medical licence, medical degree or external accreditation.

This is practical bodywork training, not medical education, diagnosis or treatment. Students should work within their training and applicable professional rules.

Safety, consent and participation

• This training is for adults aged 18 and over.
• Hands-on practice is based on informed, ongoing consent. You may pause or decline receiving practice; tell your instructor if you need an alternative learning arrangement.
• The school will explain practical boundaries, hygiene and safety procedures before hands-on work begins.
• After provisional acceptance, we may ask a limited, confidential readiness question to help determine whether you should consult a healthcare professional before participating.

Please don’t send detailed health information or passport scans through the initial WhatsApp enquiry. Necessary follow-up information will be requested separately and handled under the applicable privacy notice.

International travel and visa information

Visa requirements depend on your nationality, course structure and the documents issued. Please confirm the appropriate visa category with the official Indian e-Visa portal or your nearest Indian Mission before booking travel. Nirvana can provide factual course information where appropriate, but cannot provide immigration advice or guarantee visa approval.

We recommend travel/medical insurance that covers your full stay and planned activities. Accommodation, meals, local transport and airport transfers will be stated in your written offer; please don’t assume they are included.

If a visa or travel document is required, check current requirements directly with official authorities. Do not submit an application based only on a school webpage.

Fees, payments and cancellation terms

Before paying, you will receive a written offer confirming the course level, dates, duration, total tuition, payment currency and fees, inclusions/exclusions and booking terms. The prices shown on this page are total international tuition per level in INR; an approximate USD equivalent will be included in your written quote and may vary with exchange rates. Read the Terms & Conditions before confirming.

Transfer option: request one transfer to another available course window at least 14 calendar days before the first class. If Nirvana cancels a confirmed course or the group minimum is not met, you may choose a full refund of course tuition or a transfer. Other cancellation and refund terms will be provided in writing before payment.
