Why to use Yin-Yoga as a starting practice

Why Yin-Yoga as a starting practice!!!

Yin yoga

Why start your yoga practice from yin-yoga routine?

In Ancient Chinese philosophy, yin and yang "bright-black", "positive-negative"is a concept of dualism. It describes how seemingly opposite or contrary forces may complementing, interconnecting, and interdependent in the natural, & how they may give rise to each other as they interrelate to one another.

In Yin Yoga, we hold poses for about two to five minutes to work on fascia , the connective tissues. The more we work our fascial system and deep tissues, the less dense and tight our bodies become as we age. Movement and stretching hydrate fascia and literally help slow the aging process.
Lengthening extremely tight tissues can be an uncomfortable practice, but while focusing on your breathing is a large part of Yin Yoga.

Benefits of a Yin Yoga practice

Stimulates the meridians (energy channels) bringing balance to the organs in the body
    Improves flexibility and joint mobility
Calms and balances the mind and body
    Reduces stress and anxiety
Works deeply on the connective tissues (fascia, tendons and ligaments)
